Math Summer Challenge Packet

Dear Families,

The Governor’s Summer Math Challenge provides a FREE opportunity for any student in grades K through 11 to refine, maintain, and increase their math skills over the summer.

Research shows that students can easily lose over 2 months’ worth of math achievement over the long summer break.  Students that participate in problem-solving and critical thinking activities 10-20 minutes a day, four times a week, are more likely to maintain their math achievement and boost their confidence from one year to the next.

Below you will find the resources needed for your child to participate.  If you choose to participate.
